March Edition of The Church Review Out Now
The March issue of The Church Review, the diocesan magazine for Dublin and Glendalough, is out now.
As usual it is filled with news and photographs of events from all over the dioceses including 300th anniversary celebrations in St Brigid’s in Stillorgan, the commissioning of the girls’ choir at Christ Church Cathedral, the launch of the book detailing St Audoen’s 17th Century vestry records, the opening of the Narnia Festival in Christ Church Bray, the introduction of the new vicar in Christ Church Dun Laoghaire, the clergy conference and the Social Action Committee’s action on rural issues.
Patrick Comerford’s column this month focuses on Terenure. He details its history but also asks if it, like many other Dublin suburban villages, is dying a slow and painful death. This month’s parish profile puts Holy Trinity Killiney under the spotlight and there is also news from 3Rock Youth.
