Church Leaders Debate What Bible Means to Them Tonight
Church leaders from different traditions will discuss what the Bible means to them in All Hallows College, Drumcondra, this evening, Thursday June 12, at 7.30 pm. The panel for the debate, which is taking place as part of Ecumenical Bible Week, will include both Archbishops of Dublin, Dr Michael Jackson and Dr Diarmuid Martin.
Also on the panel will be the Revd Lorraine Kennedy–Ritchie (Presbyterian), Mrs Gillian Kingston (Methodist), Sean Mullan (3rd Space) and Fr Mikhail Nazonov (Russian Orthodox). They will be interviewed by Philip McKinley and there will be audience participation.
Ecumenical Bible Week started on Pentecost (June8) and continues until Trinity Sunday (June 15).
