Jerusalem Clergy to Visit Dublin and Glendalough Next Week
Come and meet members of our link dioceses.
Archbishop Hosam Naoum, Archbishop of Jerusalem, and a number of his clergy will be in Dublin and Glendalough next week, from Sunday May 26 to Thursday May 30. The primary purpose of their visit is to engage in a joint retreat with clergy from Dublin and Glendalough. There will be a number of opportunities for people from the dioceses and beyond to meet and hear from our guests from our link diocese.
The theme of the retreat is ‘Then feed my sheep…’ (St John 21:17) and the focus over two days will be on the Second Letter of Peter. Sessions will be led by the Archbishop of Dublin and the Archbishop of Jerusalem as well as clergy of the dioceses. This follows on from a joint retreat in Jordan last year where the text was the First Letter of Peter.
Clergy will arrive on Sunday and those who will be in Dublin in the morning will attend Christ Church Cathedral’s Patronal Eucharist on Trinity Sunday.
