Retreat in the City – Christ Church Cathedral Dublin
Retreat Earthing Paradise: Growing into a Life of Abundance
As we prepare to enter Advent, Retreat in the City will take place in Christ Church Cathedral, Dublin on Saturday November 28.
Using the spirituality of the garden as a lens, participants will explore what it means to be grounded in a sometimes chaotic world.
The retreat leader will be the Revd David White, Horticulturist, spiritual director and Rector of Zion Parish, Rathgar.
Retreat organiser, Canon Garth Bunting comments: “Taking a day out of the busyness of a regular day always helps us to deepen our relationship with God. Our retreat day in Christ Church Cathedral will be an opportunity to find space to prepare ourselves to enter the Advent season, and to focus on whatever personal questions we are wrestling with. I am delighted that David White, an experienced retreat conductor and spiritual director, has agreed to lead the day.”
Day: 9.30am: arrival | 4.00pm: depart
Cost: €40 per person which includes a soup and sandwich lunch.
Book your place today through Christ Church Cathedral’s website.
Please note that this takes place in the Henry Roe Room, which is only accessible by stairs.
